Edge Right makes premium steel edging, planters, and related products right here in Berry, AL. As part of our Production Team you’ll turn raw steel into finished goods—bending, machining, welding, inspecting, and packing—while working alongside positive, hard-working people who keep the music (and the occasional dance-off) going.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Operate press-brake equipment to form precise bends and angles
  • Program, set up, and run CNC machines for repeatable, accurate parts
  • Inspect work for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
  • Stage, pack, and label finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and efficiency

What You Bring to the Team

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Age 18 + with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Comfortable with basic hand tools and measuring devices
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Experience in press-brake, CNC, welding, or warehouse work preferred but not required
