Refund Policy
Returns
Our free return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, we can still accept your return, but a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. After 180 days since your purchase, no refunds can be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@edgeright.com.
Custom Items
All sales are final and cannot be returned for products that are/can be customized. The information that is input on the website while designing your customized product is the exact information that will be used. If you do notice a typo after checking out, please contact customer service at info@edgeright.com immediately with your order number and the corrected information. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made to the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that this refund applies only to the product cost.
Shipping fees, including those for priority shipping, are non-refundable unless the priority shipment is delivered after the estimated delivery date provided on the carrier's tracking page. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund of the priority shipping fee. Priority shipping guarantees the transit time once the package is shipped but does not guarantee the ship-out date.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@edgeright.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@edgeright.com.
