Customer service answered questions quickly. Product arrived in time. I installed 60’ in an hour and a half with zero experience using metal edging. Garden bed curved up hill. Easy to shape pieces. Product was sturdy, I did one bed to test it out and want to do more! My husband said the finished result looks like one of the A.I. pics I send him.
I was a little hesitant when I saw the prices, but I’m glad I went ahead and ordered: the product is definitely high quality and worth every penny! The various sizes were also exactly what my project needed, AND installation is just as easy as they say (ohhhh, those “teeth” are Great!). The instructions show installation with a piece of wood and a hammer, for the record I used a rubber mallet and that worked just fine. Delivery was super-quick and the materials were well-packaged (when you’re shipping heavy metal with sharp teeth… yeah, packaging is important! ;). So why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, the product description says it will develop a nice patina over time (which is dandy), but so far what’s happened is that the top edges rusted within a couple days of installation, while the sides remain untouched (which is fine, they will eventually be buried, just having to wait on other things to happen first). It just seems- a little odd? Yes, we’ve had a rainy summer, but instant rust? (And I do mean rust, it’s not… patina. :) But hey! It’s metal outside, it will all eventually be level with the soil, and it’s going to do the job I bought it for Perfectly. I am totally satisfied.
