This my 2d and 3d purchase. The edging is easy to use and looks great after 2 years.
We have poured concrete flower beds which have predetermined depths. We didn't realize when ordering that the connector clips are a couple inches longer than the edging pieces themselves (FYI, the clips are about 2" longer/go deeper than the edging). When I contacted customer service about it, I wasn't expecting any help but Brooke responded within hours and by the end of the day had arranged to ship me shorter clips (not just a couple, more than 20), as well as a return label for the ones we had that we couldn't use. I was so impressed. It feels like no company cares anymore and I really appreciated the help. The new clips fit perfectly and the edging looks amazing. The commitment to customer service is really admirable. Thank you :)
The customer service response was great when I had a question. However, I didn’t realize until after I ordered that I could have changed the size of text on the custom sign. Overall, we love it! I plan to order a second one for our property.
I love our new firepit from Edgeright. We had our first fire last night and the fire burned nicely because of the ventilation on the sides. I love the way it looks and the size. It is definetly a good size for about 6. I was concerned it would be too small. It is not. I am looking forward to seeing how it holds up...From order to delivery was quick maybe 3 or 4 days which surprised me. My husband put it together by himself but did mention it would have been little easier if he had an extra hand.

This time I used the 14" product, really "dig" this stuff. Only negative was that it took FedEx a week to deliver, it's normally two days.
