I had odered the taller eding the very first time! However, due to lot of tree roots and rocks, the edging didn't work out the way to should! So I contacted the company and explained my concern! Immediately they send out return labels and send me the full refund the next day! I was very pleased that without making any fuss, they honored my return! Also they let me keep a little smiley!😊 I was determined if i need nay more of their products I will order again. So I did! I ordered a shorter eding panels for different area. This time the eding worked perfectly and I was very pleased the way they looked! I also had ordered some ending peices along with edging. One of the panels being long, I asked them to exchange it for the shorter one. The company is so genuine and generous, they allow me to keep the longer panel and also send me the shorter one! I can't say enough about this company, how tall they stand behind their customers and go above and beyond to help! Truly it is very hard to come by such an integrity and genuineness!
