Shipping Policy
At Edge Right, we're committed to delivering your purchase in a timely and reliable manner. Here's what you can expect from our shipping policy:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are significant delays in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided during this process. Please note, these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping for domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping can be quoted, but is very costly. Orders to non-contiguous states do not ship for free and must be quoted.
International Shipping
For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to making your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Edge Right is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Edge Right is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
