Customer Message
It was considerably more difficult to get the 14 in plates into the grown than I had expected. The upper level of dirt has clay, and it’s 100% clay further down. After digging a bit of a trench, we were able to get it in. Then it was difficult to get the connectors to sit flush with the plates.
Customer Story
Tackling clay soil with 14 inch Cor-Ten edging
Krystal installed 14 inch Hammer-In Landscape Edging in Cor-Ten steel with connector clips along a fence to create a clean garden-bed border. Heavy clay soil made hammering difficult, so a shallow trench was dug to set the pieces. Connectors were challenging to seat fully flush, but the tall edging now defines the bed clearly.
