14" edging got the job done! Client had beds installed previously by another company, beds were built above the slab, rain washed it against the house and wet was coming inside. Client want it fixed but didn't want to remove the beds. We dug to the bottom the slab to correct the drainage slope, installed hd landscape fabric with #57 Limestone to redirect the water and 14" edge right edging to hold the soil in place and give it that separated contrast look. It's been holding up great for the past couple months with this Louisiana rain!

Louisiana Drainage Fix with 14 inch Cor-Ten Edging
Scott resolved foundation water intrusion where planting beds sat above the slab. He regraded to the slab base, added heavy duty fabric with #57 limestone for drainage, then installed 14 inch Edge Right hammer-in Cor-Ten edging to retain soil and create a crisp contrast. The system has performed well for months in heavy Louisiana rain.
