Easy to connect and easy to install.
When I decide to do a project, I am someone that takes my time to be intentional on design and determine my strategy for execution. I came across Edge Right through social media and had been eyeing their cor-ten steel landscape edging for several months before finally decided to pull the trigger. My husband and I recently built a home and are elevating it from semi-custom builder grade by incorporating more custom elements. Our builder installed a very basic flower bed in the front of our home without edging, along with one tree in the front and back yards. We did not get a say in the plants that were planted, and needless to say, it was not my style and the grass quickly began growing into the flower bed. I love a clean, sleek, and cohesive landscape design, but most importantly, I cannot stand when I see grass and weeds growing into a landscape. I attempted the natural landscape edge but its a lot of upkeep and requires consistent maintenance/reinforcement. Over the weekend I installed my new 8" cor-ten steel landscape edging from Edge Right and it immediately leveled up my curb appeal, as I knew it would. This product is top notch and I cannot brag about the intentionality of this company enough. They truly have thought of everything and the quality of the edging is amazing! It's very thick and sturdy, and stands a part from all other edging I've looked into. I will be using it for all of my landscape projects to keep everything cohesive and will eventually be purchasing a firepit for our backyard. I even got my mom on board with their products as she trusts my design opinions and extensive research. I cannot yet speak to how well it keeps the grass out of my flower bed, as it was just installed, but I have high hopes for this product. Great product and timely delivery
This is good and well thought system. I was previously using 1/8 x 8 hot rolled steel in 10 ft lengths. That works, but I pretty much had to dig a full depth trench to pound it in. The Edge Right product, while slightly more expensive than hot rolled flat, was way easier to install. No need to pre-dig. It looks great and is easy to bend around corners. A lot nicer than plastic edging.
Product is solid and easy to use. Bending is easy for minor curves. Cutting can be done with hacksaw or reciprocating saw. One package was dropped during shipment and a couple of the 8" pieces were bent but usable.
